Peak District
On route to celebrating a friends birthday in Manchester, we decided to take a day off work and fit in a sneaky trip to the Peak District. We were both wowed by the natural beauty of the area. We stayed in an amazing place with views out over the fields and trees - spending hours tending the fire, cooking food and drinking wine, a really good dose of downtime! We did a stunning walk at Stanage Edge and topped off an amazing weekend with one of the top two Sunday roasts we have had in the UK - delicious!
